Xtopnotch makes sure to dispatch your jewelry and deliver it to your desired address as fast as possible. Below are mentioned our Shipping Policy details:

Shipping:

  • Orders are dispatched immediately after the funds and formalities are cleared

  • All orders are shipped via renowned posts in the U.S

  • All items are seal packed according to the standard requirement

 

Delivery time:

  • 2-5 business days within the states

 

Tracking:

​

  • After the order is placed an Order Number is sent to you through an email

  • Emails are attached with tracking links so they can track and stay updated about the parcel’s whereabouts

  • The receipt link can also be viewed online

 

Refunds:

  • Always choose your items carefully and recheck before placing an order

  • Goods can ONLY be changed if they are already damaged upon receiving

  • We will refund your purchase if workmanship is obviously faulty. They must be returned at your expense and still in the original condition as when they were shipped.

  • A PayPal account is not necessary, access from debt and credit cards are allowed

  • Under no circumstances do we collect or store your credit card information
