Exchange Policy:

Items bought from Xtopnotch may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a money back guarantee. Only the original purchaser can apply for a refund. Either on check or credit purchases, the refund will only be accepted through check. There will be no return or exchange after 30 days only with the condition of it being unworn and in original packaging i.e. gift box and the receipt. Closeouts and customized items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Special offers such as sales, coupons or seasonal offers are not refundable. A special offer comprises of any jewelry, gemstone, necklace, gift item can be customized as per client’s request.
